Tygra (Handle-less Whip), LJN 1985

About This Figure

On most of the series 1 toy packaging, Tygra was pictured holding a whip that seemed to not include a handle or the yellow ballbearings. The whip rope looked the same as the released version and was just wound in a hoop (see pic) It is thought that this was a very early prototype piece to photograph with the figure. It was later changed to the whip with handle and two yellows ballbearings that all collectors know. Like many other weapons what was originally shown in early pictures, it was never released.
